Today I have to remove my 20 Whitecap Mountain Resort residential lot listings from this website, or more properly, the listing is "On Hold."  Yes, we still do have a current and valid listing contract, and that won't change -- but the sellers have decided that they do not what to deal with selling the lots right now.  Right now they need to focus on getting the resort ready for ski season, etc.  I do admit to feeling a little foolish about the present situation because this is the second time this has happened to me in the last 4 months, i.e., obtaining a listing contract, commencing promotion of the property, and then almost immediately having everything put on hold.  C'est la vie.
